I'm going to deviate a little and give props to Daryn Colledge.

Maybe at tackle.. but as a guard, he makes far to many mistakes yet in year 4 to be an effective player.. he plays pretty decent ball if he is allowed to directly engage the defender without thinking in pass protection.. if they run a stunt or two at him then watch him struggle.
I point to this as why I think he has a future at Tackle.. he plays naturally tall and at tackle, your responsibilities are lessened in stunt pickups.. if your man stunts inside, most schemes have you pick up the twist or outside contain first, simpler read.. at guard, you have to make a decision quickly to pick up inside or outside contain.. you have to know what the responsibilities of the center, tackle and backs are and properly read to stunt/blitz.. more complex than the tackle spot. Colledge still thinks to much and is slow to react inside.. can't have that after 4 years.
In the Running game, he still plays to tall and can't get much push even though he is one of the strongest guys on the team, piss poor technique and the coaching staff either hasn't gotten him to change or they are the problem themselves.
I think Spitz has had a better year.. honestly.
