It has nothing to do with knowing the system which I already indicated. Jordy is a better option than Crabtree which has been mentioned on some Packer websites. Aaron knows where Jordy will be on the football field. The same way he knew where James Jones was going to be when we felt we needed a receiver. Even if we trade for somebody how long will it take them to get up to rhythm with Aaron and gain his trust?

I mean, I get that throwing to Nelson is familiar and they know eachothers tendencies, but the same can be said for Rodgers and Driver. Nelson is just done as a player.
He couldn't establish himself as a receiver on a team that had Cooper opposite of him and then didn't exactly step up after they traded away Cooper, creating probably the worst wide receivergroup I've ever seen.
Crabtree, on the other hand, did produce when he had Flacco under center. He began to struggle when the Ravens decided that being able to pass the ball is overrated and went with Lamar Jackson.
Add to that that Crabtree is two years younger and if I had to pick, I'd go with Crabtree every time.
That said, I don't see the added value at this point. What does he bring to the table over a guy like Allison at this point in his career?
