I guess I just can’t fathom how someone that makes more in one year then I would make in several lifetimes, would need someone to “motivate “ them to do what they are getting paid to do.

Even if I do put in 100%, having a decent manager versus a shitty one goes a long ways towards maximizing my output.

As others have said, they're human beings, not robots. A it certainly impacts the amount of sympathy I have for them considering they're, making a certain amount of money doesn't make someone not a human being anymore and otherwise immune to basic human psychology.

I'm not talking about working hard, preparing, staying in shape. I'm talking about game MOMENTUM. Sports psychology. Mike doesn't and will never, grasp that.
