His athletic profile coming out of Wisconsin almost perfectly mirrored Clay Matthews’ when he entered the NFL out of USC. He’s quick and strong at 246 pounds and his motor is always running hot. A full year of development in an NFL strength and conditioning program could help Biegel take the next step physically.

Offseason photos of Biegel make it appear as if he’s added 5-10 pounds.

Yeah, I have close to zero faith in Viegel and Fackrell. More Ted Thompson busts. I'd love to be proved wrong, but that's where I stand for now.

He hasn't shown much at all. He's behind Biegel and Gilbert on the outside looking in.

Biegel's makeup matches up well with what Pettine looks for in a player from what I have read about the two. A tireless worker, a no quit motor, with Pettine's fiery nature. Seems like a good fit there. Let's give the guy an off-season and the pre-season and see what he can do in football shape before digging the grave.

Zero2Cool (2-Apr) : The spotting of the ball IS the issue. Not the chain gang.

Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : uh oh
Martha Careful (1-Apr) : Too bad camera's can't spot the ball as well.
Mucky Tundra (1-Apr) : So will the chain gang be gone completely or will they still be around as a backup or whatever?
Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : The method for measuring first downs in the NFL will switch from chain gangs to camera-based technology in 2025, the league announced.
Martha Careful (1-Apr) : A big step in the right direction. Just put in the college system is very very good.

Zero2Cool (1-Apr) : Touchbacks on kickoffs will now bring the ball to the 35-yard line.
beast (31-Mar) : It might of gotten more popular recently, but braiding hair (even men) in certain cultures goes back for centuries.
Martha Careful (30-Mar) : Is men braiding their hair a new style thing? Watching the NCAA men's tournament many players have done
