Hyde is terrible in pass defense, better in run defense. The Packers need better pass defense. Give me House easily, especially with the difference in contracts. I realize this thread asked not to consider the money, but that's not reality. Hyde did enough to get way overpaid, therefore the Packers needed to move on. House is a stop-gap player, but the Packers still need to do better. Right now they have three under-achievers in Randall, House, and Rollins, and one over-achiever that's still pretty bad in Gunter. And an average pass rush and an average defensive coordinator. That's not a championship defense by any stretch.
