One thing that doesn't show up in the box score, is the affect Clay's cat quick pounce has on the QB. When that 2.1 or so mark hits in drop back, the QB starts thinking "where's Clay."

Yep Clay had the full attention of the other teams back up LT all night. That must do wonders making it easier on the other players on D... all that attention from 1 back up it just opens everything up. The only player on this defense that gets double teamed is Mike Daniels and Clay can't even produce decently against a back up with someone else taking up the attention for him.

Clay needs to primarily be a roving MLB. He's a good-to-very good player in that role. At OLB, he's average, at best.
