I think we can add DL Pennel and CB Goodson to the cut down list with a suspended tag behind them (though it's possible one could be released all together soon).

There is also center Linsley... who I'm guessing will end up on the PUP exception list... but that can't be assumed as easily as the suspended players being suspended.
