I think we should hire Jim Harbaugh. That could help both the Packers and Badgers!!! Of course, we would also want to immediately be on the lookout for a new coach as Harbaugh will have worn out his welcome in 2-3 years.😉 🤣

Last years NFCCG, should have been McCarthy's last game as a Packer HC.

What I've been observing from a small fraction of Packers "fans" from place to place ... it's those fans who should be on the hot seat for their irrational and illogical emotionally charged demands.

If anything, this season gave me even more respect and admiration for Mike McCarthy. This team had no business even being in the playoffs, and yet there they were... a few plays away from the NFC championship game. Pretty wild.

I agree they had no business being in the playoffs. I'm still not entirely sure how we got there. We beat some awfully bad teams on our way to our win total this season.

What I will do is credit the defense. I thought they would be bottom 3rd...they were middle of the road. MM said he wanted to work more and focus on the D and that improved but with that the O went the other direction, so I'm not sure he's that great of a HC. He can produce fine results with one side of the ball but not both. A true HC is going to get both sides up to speed without neglecting the other. He can't and hasn't been able to do that.

MM is kind of like an antidepressant drug. Sure, he fixes some things...but just look at the side effects that come with him fixing something. Not worth popping the pill in the first place.

Is he on the hot seat ? Nah The coffers and stands are full in Green Bay and for now the BOD likes were things are at. Once this new titletown district is up and they need a more upbeat draw.. things could change. The NFL is business $$$

Who knows though... maybe we'll find another "Janis" for you to fall in love with next year in the draft. 🙂
