Guys, he is not going to produce any more this year than we have become used to.
He is the 3rd string OLB.
Can't produce if you are not on the field.
Though, I never thought he was given much of a chance. Our staff seems to hate rookies, and a rookie who gets injured becomes a rookie twice. And by that point, he is a forgotten man.
Also I keep hearing about Perry's injuries holding him back... he played in 15 games last year. I don't think his lack of plays last year was due to injuries as much as his lack of playing time because he was the 4th OLB as Neal got (and I assume earned) more snaps than him. I know some of Neal's snaps came at DL, but I also think Neal got more OLB snaps. So my thought is Perry needs to do better in practice to get (and hopefully earn) more snaps in games... at least if he wants more playing time.
