Yes I get it. The other team that is paid and trying too won the match up either by skill or dumb luck (e.g. a drop). Somehow this is 100% always Mike's fault.

Because at key points, players didn't make plays.

I think the latter more than the former. I didn't see too much wrong with the play calling. They've been going run, run, and throw with their four-minute offense all season. They've executed it well. They didn't in this game. I know coach bashing is the thing to do after heartbreaking losses, but I think the coaches called a good enough game to win. It wasn’t perfect, but rarely does a staff put together a perfect game. I put this one on the players.

Aaron Rodgers threw two interceptions in Seattle territory. He got greedy against Richard Sherman, and he misread Seattle’s coverage on the second one. Cobb read it right. That's potentially six points right there. Andrew Quarless couldn’t make a third down catch with a LB covering him. You have to make that play. Casey Heyward and Tramon Williams got beat in overtime. Morgan Burnett and Brandon Bostick made mental errors.

It was a bizarre game. It's going to take time to digest everything, but my instinct is the players blew it.
