Dom's been doing it with smoke and mirrors. That's been exposed on film for the entire league to see.

It hasn't been exposed in week 14. We knew the defense was pretty bad a few years ago. It has never changed.
Edit- but since they were winning by so much they were playing very soft. Give up yards in exchange for time off the clock.

The only thing exposed is that they dialed back the defense with the big lead.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

That's what happens when a Team takes their Defensive QB off the field!!!!

[grin1]

Really got tired of watching Barrington be out of position and being dragged 5 - 10 yds down the field on almost every tackle.

[sarcasm]

😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

On to Buffalo!!!

Gonna be a short week, adjustments will be made.

Maybe the worst half of defensive football I've seen since the Big Ten title game. Awful. Just awful. Consistency has been the issue all year. They go from containing Tom Brady and the high flying Patriots to collapsing against a woeful Falcons team. Can't happen again.

If you really think this game exposed something that teams did not already know, and that includes the packers, you need to take a closer look at the entire season.

Some people will say this was a good thing because it will wake them up. I think it was a big win against a team that was playing much better than its record. I didn't come out of this game feeling that the Packers were unbeatable but I didn't go into it with that feeling either. I didn't think this game would be as easy as lot of people were saying but I did think the Packers would win and they did. I didn't enjoy the second half but they did what they had to do.

This D was shitting itself consistently until after the bye. Clay moved inside, some other changes were made, and they were looking decent. Not great, but decent. Now that's over.

And btw, the lead was down to 10 points. It only stopped when Jones injured his hip.

No surprise. This defense relies on rushing the passer and forcing turnovers. They couldn't pressure ryan and they paid the price.

That was a disappointing second half. Had the defense made anymore mistakes - this could have (and probably would have) gone the other way. Giving up that many yards to any single receiver is inexcusable. I haven't seen this bad of pass D from this team in a long time.

Get your shit straightened out guy - cannot afford another D performance like that.
