GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Casey Hayward's season of frustration is over.
The Green Bay Packers placed the second-year cornerback on injured reserve Saturday after he injured his hamstring for the third time since July.
A year after leading all NFL rookies with six interceptions, he played in only three games this season. He first was injured on the eve of training camp and then re-injured his hamstring in the preseason. He missed the first six weeks of the regular season and then lasted only three games before he was injured again.
