The blueprint is to stop the slant and the short passing game to take AROD out of his comfort zone (or rhythm) of the West Coast passing attack.

I think Rodgers said it better, in that Dallas, by using their players in a 3-4 formation, prevented him from taking to the outside like he usually does with their outside LB blitzes, and then dropping defensive backs further into coverage to prevent passing lanes for Rodgers to make.
If anything, that's the blueprint. Prevent Rodgers' ability to get outside the pocket to make things happen and drop LBs into coverage. Also, having the best team in the NFL doesn't hurt.
