It would be nice to have "agree" and "disagree" keys. Sometimes I like what somebody says, but it falls way short of applauding him, and sometimes I disagree, but would prefer just to register it with a click rather than write a post. Yeah, I get this idea from "that other forum", but let me say, all things considered, THIS place is about a hundred times better than that one.

Your last comment, you have not the slightest clue how much those words mean to us. Reading others enjoy this site, the time, the money, the effort and everything else put into it ... those comments make it worth while. Thank you.

Edit, I put some more thought into this and I do not like this idea, lol. This is my reasoning and I think you will understand. If folks are given and option to 'agree' or 'disagree' without submitting their opinion, that offers little to the topic at hand and could actually take away from the discussion. If you agree with someone, you can Applaud them and tell them you agree and why. Conversely, if you disagree with someone, you tell them why and how you disagree.

Does that make sense or did I end up rambling incoherently?

Yeah, kinda, but I know it was just because there were tears of joy in your eyes hahahaha.

I mean they don't even let you say "fuck" or "shit" or even "ass" over there hahahaha. Seriously, it's the people here that make the difference - in addition to being able to say bad words hahaha.

Thanks for the reply. I will continue to march.

Kevin would not have been amused even though it would have been a joke. He does not like it we mess with his board.

That said as Kevin mentioned we did have the thumbs up and down. It was some what redundant. I wouldn't mind it if we used that instead of applause. Keep in mind when people applaud I wonder what they liked about the post and then don't augment their applause with a comment. The whole thing or a specific part.
The thumbs up/down showed who liked or did not like a post. At likes it seemed to be a contest to see how many negative posts you could stick on a guy. I am not sure why it happened but I noticed one or two people giving me negative feedback on posts that were a year or so older. Strange.

I'm content the way things are. I just meant that to me, APPLAUD is for something pretty special, but sometimes I agree without it rising to the APPLAUD level. I can just as well write that, though. Same thing for the disagreements. I can see how the thumbs down thing could be troublesome.

I didn't exactly understand all you wrote, wpr, but I sincerely do like this forum absolutely as well as in comparison - and that ain't just brown-nosing. And it ain't just because of the bad words thing hahahaha.

Zero2Cool (4-May) : S2?
beast (4-May) : Seems like the S2 has a love/hate relationship with professional scouts.

dfosterf (4-May) : Are you gentlemen and at least one lady familiar with the S2 cognition
Zero2Cool (4-May) : Maybe there isn't an issue.
