By virtue of you even asking this question, I already know you won't have nearly as much fun in college as I did.

Now, legally speaking, of course it does not apply to 19 year olds. However, should a 19 year old read the rules of the game and, under his or her own volition, decide to partake in said game, we're not going to stop you.

Just make sure you include your RA in the game. This gives you leverage ensuring you won't get in trouble for violating dorm rules.
