Hey fuckface, asswipe snot-nose...
Every single fucking time I recommended what I recommended over what you recommended, I recognized BIG-TIME your recommendation and supported it and appreciated it. BITCH IS, this ain't MADDEN. I have no future with a permanantly injured QB. The priority HAS TO BE TO PROTECT HIM.
I have been your biggest ally on the "get someone opposite Clay" thing, so I suggest you eat me on the "example" thing.
I ALSO said Ted was VERY LATE in addressing the O line, and I still believe that to be true.
So many cannot differentiate between criticism and hate. I like Ted and his plan, but I personally could possibly do better, if given the opportunity, imo π€£

That's what we're rolling with now.

Now, I'm a believer of the fact that the tackle position is a high value one and certainly one you have to address early in the draft.
Left tackle moreso than right tackle.
But the interior line is, apart from one or two prospects, mostly a total crapshoot, with tackles usually moving inside and changing positions.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't have drafted Bulaga or Sherrod. I love the Sherrod pick, I like a finesse pass rush blocker on the QBs blind side and I like what Bulaga can do on the right.
It's just that OLB is always the odd one out.
Afted the 2009 season it was obvious that Clay needed some help, because Kampman wasn't that effective, injured and Brad Jones wasn't a pure rusher.
We got Frank Zombo.
After the 2010 season it was obvious that Clay needed some help, because Brad Jones wasn't that effective, injured and Frank Zombo wasn't a pure rusher.
We got Walden halfway through the season and So'oto and Elmore.
It's not like they're not trying at all, but it's always half-arsed.
And I know that we're "not drafting for need", but Raji wasn't a better prospect than Crabtree was, Sheard and Sherrod were on the same level, Dez Bryant should've been rated higher than Bulaga...
I mean, there's no reason that we shouldn't have pulled the trigger on a Justin Houston last year, instead of Randall Cobb.
Of course, I'm not complaining about Cobb. Not at all. Love the kid. Love his return skills, love his cuts, but pass rushers are at a premium in this league and it's not a position you "just fill up". It's not an interior lineman, it's not a safety and it's not a RB...
Rockmolder, didn't you want us to draft Jerry Hughes a couple of year ago? ; ) Just teasing you. The guy has been a bust for the Colts though.
You're right that the team should have been looking for a better option at ROLB, and we certainly need to address it in this draft.

You're totally right. I was convinced he'd be Robert Mathis 2.0... And so where the Colts, I guess. Glad TT's still pulling the trigger and I'm not.
