Philbin and Moss both leaving might be somewhat problematic.

Let’s not go all doom and gloom, though. This is still an elite organization with an elite roster. They will contend for a Super Bowl next year. They have holes that need addressing, but so do the four remaining teams playing. Calling Mike Neal a major bust is premature, but then again, expecting Neal to be the solution to our pass rush woes was indeed a mistake. Nonetheless, the holes on this roster can be filled with development and drafting. Honestly, the team should be better next year.

2. I just want to add in a little dramatization of the conversations going on the last 2 off-seasons.

Wade, Foster: "O-line, o-line, we need o-line."

Rockmolder: "In my very humble opinion, we could use an outside linebacker, because Clay can't carry this thing all by himself. :)"

Wade, Foster: "Go die in a ditch, we need at least 4 of our 7 picks to be O-line. Marines rule, college professors are great."

To be honest, I just wanted to harp on the OLB situation some more and I don't feel like answering the rest of the points very much, so for what it's worth...

I was one of the OL! OL! people too. Had no idea that lack of opposing QB pressure would be our biggest problem in 2011.

1. Mike Neal, a lot of injuries, still a high ceiling. He's not a bust YET.

3. No.

4. We could, but we're fine without one, as well.

5. Yes. Peprah, lol.

6. Philbin and Moss both leaving might be somewhat problematic.

I have been your biggest ally on the "get someone opposite Clay" thing, so I suggest you eat me on the "example" thing.

I ALSO said Ted was VERY LATE in addressing the O line, and I still believe that to be true.

So many cannot differentiate between criticism and hate. I like Ted and his plan, but I personally could possibly do better, if given the opportunity, imo 🤣

Fuck you all.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Rockmolder, didn't you want us to draft Jerry Hughes a couple of year ago? ; ) Just teasing you. The guy has been a bust for the Colts though.

You're right that the team should have been looking for a better option at ROLB, and we certainly need to address it in this draft.
