I think the years Cris wasn't dominant are probably why he isn't in already. But his production during his dominant years should be more than enough to put him in there.

Now, Carter was an All-Pro twice. 3 times he led the NFL in receiving TDs. Once with receptions. He's got more receiving yards in his career than either Largent or Monk. He's even got more receptions and receiving TDs than either Monk or Largent.
How can one honestly say Carter wasn't more dominant than Monk or Largent?
VR - Lofton was one of the greatest deep threats of all-time. He excelled on horrible teams. His yards per catch are off the charts and when he retired, he was #1 all time in receiving yards.
