1- Would you guys ever want to see Brett Favre as a coach in Green Bay?

2- Do you guys ever see this happening?

3- If he we're to come to GB as assistant coach would it have a bad reaction on this present team?

4- Would he actually be a good assistant / QB coach?

I don't think he's coach material. He wouldn't even help the young QB's when he was the starter here. He likes the limelight too much to be on the sidelines.
I think he's be better as a comentator on TV.

Maybe down the road, when Rodgers is no longer QB, McCarthy not coach, and Ted not GM there would be a possibility of Favre as a coach here. But i don't see it happening.
JMO of course.

And I'm not sure he'd have enough patience, he didn't like training camp at all and could he put in all the long hours? Did he coach other QBs up, while he was here?

3- It very well could have a bad reaction if any hard feelings are left. Sounded like Favre had hard feelings towards the Packers and Rodgers might of had hard feelings toward Favre after Favre stopped talking to him.

2- I don't see it happening because I don't see Farve being patience enough... I could see him as like an assistant HS coach who wasn't paid and didn't have to show up when he didn't want to type of thing.

1- It would depend... would he be a good coach? Would he help the team overall? If so then yes I'd welcome him. But I'm not sure if the answer would be yes...

Let him prove his mettle somewhere else before taking a risk on him.

Must Brett Favre and the Green Bay Packers be forever inextricably linked? Will Packers fans ever just be able to give it a rest? 🤔

Favre will become an assistant coach for the packers, and then retire, and then unretire as a coach, then going to coach for the minnesota vikings. (and then unretire again and play QB for the lions)

I've often said I don't believe Brett will ever be a professional coach on any level. I think it requires more time and effort than he cares to and I feel he gets more of a reward working with young kids (High School and College).

Brett was/is a rare player. He did things that most QB's are taught not to do and still found a way to be successful. What I believe made him a great player was his ability to get others to follow him and I'm just not sure that trait he possesses could be replicated by any teaching. You either have it, or you don't.

Favre was a player that relied on pure talent. You can't convey that talent as a coach. If he were an untalented player that only made it through constant study, hard work and hustle, he would probably make a great coach.

Favre was undisciplined and careless as a player. You can't make up for being unprepared with pure talent as a coach.

I want to go out like my Grandpa did. Peacefully in his sleep.
Not screaming in terror like his passengers.
