Rock - you should know how we think. You created us.

Don't you know that every topic goes from original topic > sex?

If I created you, everyone would be a lot uglier and less fun. No better way to make a rise to power than by taking out the competition.

This one breaks the pattern a bit, though. These threads usually end up with with a semi-socialists vs capitalists battle. And even if it does tend to go to sex, at least it's somewhat related.

And no, Dakota, even splitting the name doesn't do it. Shag is a British term and the British are about the least sexy people in Europe.

Rock you can't bring your Socialist ass into this predominantly conservative forum and talk taxes. These dumbasses all think they pay too much the way it is. They have no concept of the services they are provided for their tax dollar.

NOW, where were we, oh yeah Sex is greater than taxes.

Well.. we could pull a German policy into the fray. ;)

There.. it tis related. lol.

A novel way to close a budget gap: "pleasure tax"

Challenged with a $133 million deficit, one western German city has introduced a day tax on prostitutes to help whittle down its budget gap.

The new "pleasure tax" requires prostitutes in Dortmund to purchase a 6 euro "day ticket" for each day they work, or face a potential fine. The city estimates that the new tax will add some 750,000 euros to its coffers each year.

"Dortmund has financial problems like many cities in Germany," city spokesman Michael Meinders told Reuters. "We considered several sex taxes but this was the most practical proposal."

The new tax went into effect in August but the day tickets have not been available until this week.

An alternative proposal was to charge a 1 or 2 euro fee to anyone entering Dortmund's red-light district, but this idea got little political support, Meinders said.

Such taxes are not unusual in Germany where prostitution is legal and sex workers must pay tax on their income. Cologne introduced a 150 euro "pleasure tax" on sex workers in 2004 and later added a 6 euro day tax option for part-time prostitutes.

See... Rhode Island has got the idea.. lol. Albeit dated in 1971.. ;)

Like most other states, Rhode Island is in financial trouble. A proposed personal income tax, the state's first, might help, but it has also promoted general rancor. Democratic State Legislator Bernard Gladstone whimsically hit upon an idea to solve the fiscal crisis. He introduced a bill to abolish the income tax and instead exact a $2 levy upon every act of sexual intercourse performed in the state. Banking on either gallantry, male chauvinism or both, Gladstone suggested that only men should pay, and on a voluntary basis. Otherwise, he speculated, tax inspectors might find the law difficult to enforce. By some inscrutable formula, Gladstone announced that for every male Rhode Islander, his tax would bring in $2 a week.

Before long the outcry against Gladstone's "bad taste" was loud enough to force him to withdraw his modest proposal. Which may be a shame. As things go in local and state government, Gladstone's sex tax is not only original, but, with proper promotion, might have become more productive than lotteries.

See... even Disney is guilty of always incorporating in sex.

Sexual Hidden Messages in Disney Movies

I know this is alittle out-dated, but I was unaware of the Rescuers one. So check them out and see if you might have missed one:

Aladdin -

In Aladdin, at the end of one of the major songs if you turn the volume very high, you hear a voice say "All good girls take their clothes off!" its almost unnoticeable if you are blasting the volume or are sitting close to the speaker.

The Rescuers -

The pornographic image of a naked woman can be spotted in the [img_r]http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_yNMIPbHcVKU/SBm6fXCZq4I/AAAAAAAAAY0/alH0TP8NIsU/s1600/rescuers.jpg[/img_r]background of The Rescuers. Approximately 38 minutes into the film, as Bianca and Bernard fly through the city in a sardine box strapped to the back of Orville, the Albatross Air Charter Service, the photographic picture can be seen in the window of a building in the background in two different (non-consecutive) frames.

Fact: This one is totally true because on the 8th of January, 1999, Disney announced a recall of the home video version of their 1977 classic!

Beauty & the Beast -

In beauty and the beast, apparently there is a dildo in the large dance number with the candlestick and the teapots.

The Lion King -

In the lion king u can see the word "sex" appear in the dust when Simba lays down. [img_r]http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_yNMIPbHcVKU/SBm6pXCZq5I/AAAAAAAAAY8/sfBzfW88TvA/s1600/lion%2Bking.jpg[/img_r]

The words do appear in the sky but only for a split second. You may have to pause the movie to see it. Supposedly this was discovered by an 8 year old child many years ago. Disney tried to clear up this rumor by saying that the letters are actually "Sfx", standing for Special FX" - which is stupid too.

The Little Mermaid -

A man performing a wedding is shown in profile and gets an erection as the bride and groom approach. The wedding officiate becomes visibly sexually aroused. You can cleatly see the large, floppy erection!

Who Framed Roger Rabbit -

Viewers got a glimpse of cartoon character Jessica Rabbit without underwear. Later, graffiti offering Disney boss Michael Eisner's home phone number was on a brothel run by Allyson Wonderland. I believe this one is truth but you have to own a special edition of the classic.

Snow White -

In Snow White when the dwarfs catch snow white and meet her first, one of them mumbles "what are you and who are you doing?"

The motherland? You broke off of that oversized waste dump masquerading as a country. Should've changed the name of your capital right when you did.

If anyone should be paying homage to a better time, it's the residents of New York. Or Nieuw Amsterdam, as it was called, before we traded it away. Got out of there right in time.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
