Yeah, well overall Sherman ranks right up there with Matt and the Detroit Lions. It's ironic Wells is mention. He was the ONLY player drafted that year that ever did anything for the team. Thompson has drafted nearly as many players that have made it to the Pro Bowl as Sherman did guys that could even start.
All I can say is thank God Ron had the year he did in 2000 or the Packers would have sucked starting alot sooner than they did and thank God Thompson knows what he's doing in April.
One more thank God and that's for getting Sherman out of there when they did. Talk about reaching for need? Reynolds, Carroll, Thomas? For every one he got right he picked four guys that couldn't even play the game.
