That major class by B-Jack.

Like others, I would not mind seeing him return. However, I am not sure if he has a clear place on our roster any more.

Now granted Kuhn is a free agent also, but essentially Kuhn emerged in a role very similar to that which a lot of people think B-Jack is best suited to: 3rd down RB who can be useful as a blocker and a receiver.

Kuhn also gives you the versatility of doubling as a FB. Given Starks emergence as well, I wonder if there really is a place on the roster - assuming we resign Kuhn - for Jackson.

If we don't draft a running back I would certainly not mind this scenario

3 RBs: Grant, Starks, B-Jack
1 RB/FB: Kuhn
1 FB: Quinn

That's what I'd like to see, too. Love Korey Hall, but he'd have to be the odd man out if only went with 5...

I wonder if that set-up gets redundant, though. I wonder if you could better spend the money you give to either one of Jackson / Kuhn somewhere else - perhaps towards resigning Jenkins.

I don't see a lot of comparison between Kuhn and Jackson. Kuhn is a short yardage third down specialist. Jackson is a specialist for third and long or third and medium. Kuhn only caught 15 passes this season. Jackson caught 43. Kuhn is not nearly as valuable for screen passes, outlet passes, or dump-offs because he's not a good open field runner. In short, Kuhn is a fullback and Jackson is a halfback.

I think the Packers are going to look to add a speed element here.. something we haven't had in a while during the draft. So this might be in flux so to speak.

The problem is that B-Jack can't really contribute in the return game like Sproles, Bush. He's a much better version of Tony Fisher. He is definitely one of the better 3rd down backs in the league.

They will bring him back.

Can you imagine his little girl taking his jersey out of it case and wearing it on Halloween?

I love this:

Logo-less

Packers fullback John Kuh finished the Super Bowl without the G on the left side of his helmet. He was asked if it was done purposely?

You know what, it fell off during the game, It popped off once during the game, Im not sure when it happened, Kuhn said.

Since he played for Pitt it would be better if he did it on purpose.

Kuhn is decent in short yardage, but isn't the answer overall.
