That made me laugh out loud. +1

Obviously, the line has improved over the course of the year, and I hope the trend continues in April with Ted Thompson drafting another solid lineman high. But I do think Rodgers makes them look a lot better with his ability to stretch plays on his feet.

Rodger's quick release and quick feet make this line look much better than it is. Sitton and Bulaga make a nice right side, but from Wells over, they can improve. I don't have that much against Wells, because he is a good techinician, he is just light in the ass and always will be. DT's are going anywhere from 320 to 360 now and he just gets overhwhelmed. It's physics.

With that said, we are still a top 5 offense. We should probably all STFU about it and enjoy the ride.

Chicago's defense always play us well and their line is tough. If the wind is at 35mph and we can't run the ball, how are we going to score? Too bad we have to play the title game before we can go to the nice dome in Dallas. 😃

So we have to choose between run or pass? We can't have both?

I do want to change the line. Not this season. It's a little late to make changes now. I would love to have a line that is capable of doing both.
Other teams can do it. We can too.

Porforis is right. Very few teams have an OL that can do both.

We're based on passing. I want to see Aaron healthy for the next ten years. The Patriots realize Tom Brady is their most important asset. They do everything they can to make sure their OL is elite in pass protection. We need to do the same.

By the way, our OL got beaten around and looked like rag dolls last night. That was all Aaron dodging tackles. Very little credit goes to our OL. They failed last night. Or maybe they did their best and the Falcons were just that much better. I'd like to believe it's the latter.

The bears defense is tough, much better than the falcons. Scares me. I don't see the Pack scoring as many points on them. Fortunately their offense is much more prone to mistakes and with the way our D is playing they'll have a tough time scoring.

Then we need to capitalize on their O mistakes.

Rodgers made a lot of plays by being able to escape. The O-line has been spotty this year, having on- and off-games, but they need to step it up next week against Peppers, Urlacher and Briggs, or this game could be very very tight.

The Pass protection was fine besides the play Clifton got beat. Other then that Rodgers couldnt find guys open and ran off. There were some free blitzes but that's not an O Line issue.

Rush block was pretty poor for most of the night. Gotta give credit to the Falcons but we need to be getting better push on the right side of our line especially with the big guys like Sitton and Bulaga over there.

Based on the two games this season, it seems that our O-line matches up poorly with the Falcons. The Bears should give them similar problems. I hope we get some more reinforcements in the draft next year. But for now, we are the Pittsburgh Steelers. We have a QB who is exceptional at overcoming mediocre O-line play and has the receiving weapons to do it.

The offensive line has shown multiple times that they are less effective on turf. You have a completely different offensive line when they are playing on natural grass...

Rodgers definitely helped make this line look better than they did.
