well, those helped too. of course I have to watch the sugar now, so I can't eat it all the time. :(

The machine that would have saved Reggie White's life. It pushes air into your airway when you lose your breath. My sleep study revealed that I would lose my breathe 89 times per hour on average. My body lacked oxygen and I would never attain REM sleep.

See I had a reason to be a grouchy asshole all these years.

ah...I've got an "initial consult" appointment with a sleep study doctor in a couple weeks...I've been sleeping lousy for years.

(tried to get one done couple years ago, but insurance wouldnt pay for it. I've decided i'm gonna do it whether they pay or not.)
