Although the outcome was different, the preparation going in, game plan, how the game was called, etc. were very similar in the Pats and Giants game. Inspite of the similarities, we have a thread about how peachy keen Mike is, but then last week (again, in spite of very similar game plans, calls, etc.) he's an idiot.

I'm criticizing the fickle nature and oversimplification of the game by some posters...not necessarily this specific thread.

I'm basically hijacking the thread to write what Twinkie wrote in his McCarthy thread...so feel free to delete my rants.
