I would say my love of the Packers had far more to do with hearing a joyful Jim Irwin mention that Reggie White was weeping for joy on the sidelines after the Packers' NFC Championship victory against the Panthers (the first game I ever heard on the radio) than anything Brett Favre did. For some reason, that just stuck with me.

Yes, I think it was Reggie White who captured my imagination. Watching him sack Drew Bledsoe three times in the Super Bowl was an amazing experience for a young boy.

I wish like hell that I'd have been older so I could have watched the game a little more intently than doing whatever else I was doing. I don't even remember that Super Bowl at all (in reference to watching it Live), but unfortunately I do remember the follow year's Super Bowl, watching John Elway take it away from us. A year or two later was when I really started following and enjoying football. We'll have a Super Bowl or two more under our belt's by the time ARod is finished in GB, I have no doubts about that
