Both sides fail to realize that "we the fans" don't care about their negotiations, most don't want to hear about it.
Both sides will be releasing memos like the one sent out hoping the fans will back thier side.
Untill they realize that all us fans want is football, then they will sit down and get a deal done.
One thing that IMHO will get done is a pay scale for rookies and undrafted FA's. There will be no more paying a guy 20-40 million guaranteed money before he ever puts on an NFL uniform.
That may keep some guys in college longer, knowing they can only make so much as a rookie.
I also hope that the owners agree to use the money saved on rookies on veteran guys who deserve it, and also take care of the retired players.
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!
