Bet they really appreciated that, hey? LOL!

"Jarhead" Allen was talking after the game, how they need to start playing better. He was calling out other guys on their team, but didn't name names.

He should have called himself out. He is all bark and no bite at this point. Clifton has owned his ass these last two match ups, and has made all the difference this year.

This game felt as good (well, almost) as any playoff game ever. This was a beautiful moment in history...and felt SO much better than the last game where it was more like "Eh, well, we won...but the refs kinda handed it to us and we still barely won."

I agree with Twinkiegorilla.

Yup....we dominated, at THEIR house, on TURF!

I kept hearing how much better the Queens would play then when we beat them in GB.
I'd say they were just a LITTLE wrong on that one!

Two questions come to mind from this game:
1. Is Childress still HC next week?
2. Does Favre start the rest of the games this season?

I'm going to say no to 1, and yes to 2. They are dependent upon each other. If Chilly stays, he will sit Favre in a last ditch effort to prove that the losses are not his fault. If he doesn't stay, which he won't, the interim will not have the baby-makers to sit Favre.

This game.....it was.....it was just SO DAMNED FUN TO WATCH!!!!! There was literally nothing that could have gone better. The 8 yard first quarter almost made it even better, because it seemed like a bigger fall for the Vikings, that way. We were winning almost every aspect of the game. We gave them a few fair kick returns, and AP had a few decent runs, but all in all, we kicked the shit out of them. I honest to God thought it was going to be another close game, because it seems like the Vikings/Packers games--excuse me, the PACKERS/VIKINGS games--always are. This game was different though. As good as Favre played in the two games last year, he played that bad in the two games this year, if not worse. I didn't see what his final rating was, but from his two games this year against us, he had 52 and (predictably) sub-50.

Unbelievable. Could not have asked for a better performance from the Packers.

I think there is a good possibility that Childress sits Favre. He, by definition, is not the Vikings future. The Pack put a nail in the Queens playoff chances so they should be looking to give some QB some experience. Too bad they did not make much of an effort on their future in this regard.

As much as Favre gave Ted Thompson a hard time, I think he is more likely to get the Vikings GM fired in the end.

Also, I agree that it was a great game to watch. It is alot better facing the falcons with this W under our belt.

They should have drafted Colt McCoy.

Btw, did anyone see Chris Cook and Ray Edwards yelling at each other??? Losing always brings it out. I was impressed the Vikings have thrown each other under the bus so far considering everything but its starting...

I told everyone we would score 21 points in the 2nd Q and to relax. I was only 4 points off.

I knew the game would be over by the end of the 1st half.
