Looks like Jackson's coming into his own. I always thought he could be the man if he got enough reps. Hell, I'd like to see him get even more. Kuhn was like 7 carries for 12 yards.
Bjack has shown that he's got that extra gear. He's also got some shiftiness and for the second time in his career today, he actually looked good on a screen.
Nance, well I won't be negative!

Solid game from Jackson. At one point in the game he was 10 for 53 or 54. This is all we need from our run game IMO. Jackson also looked great in the passing game. He's a nice dump off option for Rodgers when things don't look good down field. All hail the dink and dunk.

They seem to be figuring out how to use Jackson now. Use some delayed handoffs and give him some space to work in. He is a decent runner in those situations.

Jackson is awesome in the screen. It seems like he needs that space cleared in front of him otherwise he just runs right into blockers.

Jackson has really looked quite good the last couple of weeks, the main difference I see is that he is dancing a lot less and hitting the whole harder... If he finds a seem he can be dangerous because he is quick and shifty with good vision, it's just a matter of him getting out of the line of scrimmage.

Everyone keeps saying he needs space to run...well our grandmas could run in space, so I'm not so sure that he's improving, just that the team is resorting to gimmicks to finally get some yards.

With that said, I agree with Silentio that you don't need much of a run game...rack up 75 or so yards to at least keep the defense honest, and the pack will get by.

I can't speak for others, but when I say he needs space to run I'm thinking about how he has more wiggle than Grant. He's not what you would call a scatback by any means, but he does have some ability to juke defenders, which is not Grant's style at all.

Sick of them substituting Kuhn everytime Bjack gets on a roll. Those dive plays are killing me. It's like the Rossely/Sherman shuffle pass. LOL.

What is so gimmicky about what we did last night? It's not like we were running trick plays, we were running draws and screens. Instead of pretending it's Big Ten football with Jackson we should be playing to his strengths, which is what we did last night. If we continue to run those types of plays I expect we'll be able to get adequate production out of our run game.
