I'm not suggesting anything but lately I've been surfing around different forums and most of the vibe I get is if the Packers don't go far Ted Thompson will get the axe.

What are your thoughts, assuming this team doesn't actually win another playoff game, or doesn't make the playoffs at all. What do you guys think the outcome will be?

Will one playoff win be enough to keep Ted Thompson and MM safe?

I mean I like what Ted Thompson has done to this team, built the core and has a great potential skilled players but I just feel like he can't pull the trigger and get us that one important piece, the extra to get us from becoming good to elite. I hope he doesn't get axed, all tho I would love to see him get a little aggressive ... if not it's unfortunante I would like to vote him out.

I rate Ted on what he built. Not what the team does. He build a SB favorite, that doesn't change because of injury. Players that can be brought in midseason are not going to make or break the team in most cases.

McCarthy, I wanted him out before this year, and that hasn't changed.
The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

McCarthy hasn't held players accountable for stupidity. The Packers need a coach who emphasizes discipline, because apparently the Packers think it's okay to get penalized 18 times a game.

Ted is here for 2 more at least

MM same thing

Injuries this year might be an excuse..

Realistically, nobody is going anywhere even if the Packers miss the playoffs.

Furthermore, you don't fire Ted Thompson or Mike McCarthy because the Packers didn't trade for Marshawn Lynch and the Vikings traded for Randy Moss.

Maybe this makes me an awful fan, but after the Tampa game I was kind of hoping the Packers would just keep losing. I just want McCarthy gone once and for all. He seems to always slide by year after year, backing his failures as a HC off on injuries or the defense. I'm convinced this offensive unit is the best in the league (with a RB), and mm is only holding them back. mm will never have the skills necessary to be a HC. It's not a matter of if they will let him go, it's just a matter of when. Please let is be now... 🙏

Agreed but with the talent available on this team adding an extra boost could help out a lot.

TT, I agree, built a SB favorite starting lineup, but I think he has made some poor choices on some of his draft picks and not spent some $ to add quality DEPTH (NOT STARTERS) to this team.

We should definitely get rid of a GM that devotes his life to our team. Who wants a GM that tries so hard every year to build such a good team and drafts so intelligently?
