After 2 fumbles I considered it a no-brainer to have Nelson warming the bench. MM decided to keep him on the field though. Does this show strong support and that he will stick with his guys or does it show that he has no sack?

Are you saying that there was no one else on the team to return Kickoffs? Jackson returned balls in the pre-season.

After him on the depth chart, I believe, are B-Jack and Jennings.

It would have been difficult to even contemplate benching him considering you'd have to put your main guys there in place of him.

Jackson is as underwhelming a choice as KR as he is as RB imo.

To be fair, he could not possible be as bad as Jordy with two fumbles at key points.

And he would have to struggle really mightily to be worse than he is at starting RB.

Benching someone should be a last resort and the Pack managed to stay ahead the entire game. So....that's why they left him in. Besides what other serious KR do the Packer's have?

Seemed like he was repaying gambling debts out there. Just an ugly, ugly self destruction. You can't allow guys to stay in the game if they are contributing to that.

Both fumbles were pretty horrendous, but considering the lack of experienced kick returners behind Nelson, I think Nelson still gave the Packers the best chance of winning. Which isn't saying much, but there you have it.
