Bulaga graded out in the NFL combine most often as a Guard, not a Tackle.

But knowing out intelligent coaching staff they will try to make him a Tackle and ruin him.

Maybe I don't follow this stuff as closely as you do, but what I remember is that pretty much everybody thought he would be a tackle in the NFL, although some thought he would be better suited for right tackle than left tackle.
