Is it too early to get excited about Burnett?

As for Giacomini, have no clue until I actually see him in some live action. With that said, I'm pretty sure the beefed up tight end thing has been tried and has failed miserably. Prove it wrong Breno.

When I think of Breno, I picture him making like a turnstile on one play during the '09 preseason and nearly getting his QB killed. And he seemed like not a very good player overall.

I hope he can change my impression of him, but Lang has already passed him up, and if Newhouse looks like a keeper in practice, Breno may be on the way out before he has much chance to see the field in the preseason. What McCarthy says about him means almost nothing of course.

I basically agree. Language is a better player than Breno now a surefire future starter. If Newhouse passes Breno this preseason, he is gone.
