Damned if you do, damned if you don't. The steelers figured out our psycho by passing underneath, so they exploited the blitz (or at least one form of it) and bush obviously needed all the help he could get in coverage.

I've already stated my objection to the play calls. In so many situations in which we needed short yardage, we were throwing deep downfield. It made no sense, particularly when our quarterback was knocked down 5 times in his first 13 dropbacks. Of course a lot of those throws were off target -- he was having to get rid of the ball in a hurry.

On the bright side, Rodgers now has the same number of touchdown passes and touchdown runs as he did all last season.

Agreed...we racked up 36 points, 380 yards pass, a timely run call gave us a grant TD, the offense put the D in a position to win the game....what else do you want?

As for blitzing, even with some blitz packages we weren't getting pressure. The psycho developed into a disaster.
