if he fell flat on his face these 1st 3 games I bet that AR haters would be making post after post on it and you know for a fact it would happen..

Can you show us where anyone has said AR is going to have a great career

what I can show you is people being excitied that he has shown promise, and has shown he does have the tools..And they are excitied about the future with him..

My theroy is that all summer people have heard that AR is going to suck, get hurt right away and will be bad for the team...

Since he has not been anywhere near those predictions, lot of people are having fun sticking to the AR haters..

Zero its been all over the board on how people say hes great i mean comparing him to brett and then i saw one comparing him to Romo and even seen one somewhere that said he is a top 10 qb right now. But anyhows my comments were made out to be a joke and it all got taken seriously.

And Longtime I'm not sold on Rodgers and i still stand behind that maybe after 2 or 3 years ill get on his bandwagon, Im not a bandwagon fan or should say i don't get excited about someone in their first pro career, to many players have a big year and then sign a huge contract and do nothing afterwards, i feel the same way about grant but i give him credit for making his a performance based contract. But cmon guys lighten up and have some fun or should i go back to posting with only stats and make my posts boring?

We have another big game this week, its going to be very tough they love to run the ball (ok except last week lol) so that will give us trouble we have proven we can't stop the run.
So i will be glued to my laptop watching the game.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Aaron Rodgers is the 6th best QB in the league right now according to NFL.com. Brett Favre is 14th. So Aaron is a top ten QB right now. and Brett is not. Maybe you should go back to posting stats, because all though you are boring, at least then you would be right.

I love how you say you arent a bandwagon fan and that maybe in 2-3 years you will get on his bandwagon. If you wait 2-3 years for Aaron to make probowls and Super Bowls and THEN you get on his bandwagon... wouldnt that make you the worst bandwagon fan on the planet???

You're wrong. Aaron Rodgers is good right now. get on board now, or don't.... I don't care. but don't come trying to get back on the bandwagon in 2-3 years, because thats not how it works.

Ok here is some stats Favre Rodgers
completion percentage 70% (2nd) 64% (13th)
Tds 6 (3rd) 4 ( 9th)
yards 646 ( 14th) 796 (6th)

Rodgers has played against weaker pass defenses in Detroit and Minn.

So the rookie Favre (30 days in a system) in my mind is doing alot better job then a 3 year player. :P

Gotta love stats and ya i know you with bring up the passer rating which in my mind is a bs stat i mean rich gannon lead that stat one year. But i will compare more after Sundays games because it will be the quarter of the season.

And to be honest i don't see myself ever being a Rodgers fan i see him gone after next year. I'm thinking Graham Harrell would look great in Green and Gold next year 🙂

Gone after next year?

Wow!

I've seen some silly posts before but this one takes the cake! If you expect he'll be gone next year you've got some rough seasons ahead.

The reason i say he will be gone is because of Free Agency and Zero you control this site and your telling me you don't know where all the threads are where people compare Rodgers to Brett and to Romo cmon now if you need me to go find the thread i'll find them called Favre vs. Rodgers or Rodgers better than Romo

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
