not the best day but i think he deserves an own topic...congratulations ahman...

love the play when he broke more tackles than grant did in the last 2 years

Green had a good day, fought for some tough yards and looked a nice adition to a run game that was given up on way too early.

That was truely a bright spot today.
Although Jim Taylor is one of my favorite Packrs of all time, I was happy for Ahmann Green today.
Too bad the rest of this team doesn't play with the heart he showed today.

Mrs Schroeder was thrilled to death to see Ahman Green back, and getting the record. I am only a fairly recent Pack fan (married into it), but it's great to see something positive come out of a bad, bad day.

I don't see why Green isn't starting or getting at least 50% of the snaps. He's still got a little left in the tank.

Green has always played with his heart and left everything on the field. A great player on and off the field. Very happy about this record!

I'm glad Green got his record, but the series in which he got it was NOT the time nor the place. It was obvious the offense was focused more on getting him his record than on moving the chains or scoring points. That pissed me off royally. Who gives a shit about a rushing record when attaining it puts you into a three-and-out? Green had the rest of the season to accumulate those yards -- get the first down!

Nice to see that hard running in GB again. You have to be willing to face some pain if you want to tackle him.

Not a bad guy to have the record either.
