Everyone's talking about trading Kampman. Does anyone else get the vibe that Woodson would wanna get traded if the packers don't get a shot to win the Superbowl before he decides to retire. From his latest comments he says he feels like he's done everything except win a championship. Since he's getting up there in age, he sounds really anxious to be on a team that can win the superbowl. Right now the packers don't sound like they are a super bowl team yet. If they don't get there soon, do you guys think woodson would want to get traded?

Honestly I see Al Harris as being more likely to leave than Woodson. Though Woodson is more outspoken.

I think as long as Woodson sees what he thinks it the team moving in the right direction he will be fine where he is. Don't forget, GB was the team that gave him his second shot. When no others would. Woody knows that and appreciates it. He will be staying as long as the team is showing signs, that they are giving it their best to get to the SB. How many players have done the move for the sole purpose of winning a SB and failed, how many have succeeded.

This year Thompson was aggressive, They switched to a 3-4, and he moved up to draft two players in the first round to help Woody out. I think he is more a little disappointed with the way the defense has played, when he himself knows they way they are capable of playing.

i think woodson is a smart guy and he just wanna win...from his words i can understand he made everything clear with capers...most of all what he is telling is that most of us wanna see from the packs...blitzes, pressure and WINS...or not??

he is showing that he truly believes in this team and in his mates...i can't remember bad thoughts about some players or staff member

I'm forever a Woodson fan. If he were to leave, I'd pull for him to get a ring. I'd prefer he stay and try to get it with us though 😉

Me too, Tengo. He's become one of my faves. I'll still root for him unless he goes to the Cows.

But I hope he stays here. He's so far been the best player on our D. Almost had his 4th pick last game.
