He came on strong when given a chance last season with the Bengals.

He's continued that and is 3rd in the NFL in rushing.

I think that should ease the minds a little bit on Packers fans who whined that 'CEDRIC BENSON RACKED UP OVER 140 ON US' because the guy can run the ball.

He is on pace to SHATTER the Bengals rushing record

but let all the haters think it was only cuz we sucked, and not the fact that MAYBE the Bengals are pretty good

The Bengals might be the most underrated team in the league. They have always fielded a decent offense with Palmer at QB and Ocho at WR. Benson was, apparently, quite a pick up for them. It got their running game going. And their defense actually appears to be able to stop anyone.

Not excusing the Packers' horrible play in week 2, but the Bengals aren't last years Lions. They're closer to last years Miami. And Cedric Benson is a huge part of that.

I picked up Benson in my fantasy league in the final round and just traded him for Drew Brees yesterday.

I hope he starts to stink now 🙂
