We won't get an existing starting LT for Barnett and and any starting LT is not worth Kampman.
The best option would be (between the two given) to trade Barnett for a up and coming LT.

and even then I do not think any team would be willing..Unless their LB core is crappy

Well, didn't Jacksonville draft a couple of tackles this year in the draft? Maybe they have someone who could be a stop gap type replacement for a year or two until we can upgrade. That would be about our best option, especially for Barnett, who at this point I don't think has much value to many teams.
Also, I don't think trading Kampman would be a great idea because anything we might gain offensively, we would probably be losing defensively putting us back to square one. I personally think the off-season talk about Jeremy Thompson was way overblown. I haven't seen much of anything out of the guy. Also, I definitely don't want Poppinga being one of our main pass rushers. It appears as if Matthews has talent, but we would be in trouble if he was out best pass rushing line backer.
The only other option I could see as far as trades go is some kind of package deal or trading draft picks. See the Seymore (sp?) trade with Oakland. We would have to overpay for a player in the later parts of his prime. Guess that's what happens when you aren't prepared for the season.
Something better be done about our O-Line soon. I've had a lot of faith in Ted Thompson over the past couple of years, but I'm going to start questioning him significantly if our O-Line ends up being our demise.
Lame.
