Whewwwww....that was too close. Rodgers and Jennings made it count when it mattered. But, Rodgers has gotta start closing drives earlier in the game. Same problem as last year (granted, this was the first game). But, our D is sweet. Always around the ball.

Good start!

Not so. There were HUGE gaps in the Zone Def in the 2nd half. Cutler hit the open man almost every time (2nd half)

The refs were more than ridiculous. I thought Ron Winter was one of the best. Not so much.

yeah that phantom illegal contact called on harris almost cost us the damn game. good thing we held em to 3 though.

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned more. Is it just me or are the refs out to get us a little bit? The called what, three penalties on the bears? And then they call a penalty on Al Harris that was merely a touch, when their should have been an illegal formation penalty called on the bears. Ridiculous.

I liked how our special teams played tonight outside of the one missed field goal. Nelson had some nice kick returns, which was sorely lacking last year. Kapinos was solid as were the coverage teams. Plus Swain had a really nice tackle on the fake punt.

That means TWO refs blew it on the SAME play.

The illegal contact call on Harris was bad. That's the only bad call I can think of that went against the Packers, though. I thought the game was well-officiated. There were a lot of weird plays that they called correctly.

Did this game remind any one else of the season opener vs the vikings last year?
