Here's the best quote I've read all morning from the Journal Sentinel from another team scout who has followed the Packers.

"You lose Jennings and you don't miss a beat," one of the scouts said. "Favre who? Favre might watch this game and decide to go back into retirement."

Priceless.

Rodgers has one of the fastest deliveries I've ever seen. He must've been working on that lately because he really snapped and fired a few passes last night.

You know me i always find something to complain about, last night i noticed with Rodgers playing so great that he does have a tendency i picked up and if i can pick it up i'm sure the Def Cords can. He favors throwing to his right alot. I noticed on a few blitzes the wr on the left had like a 10 yard cushion and the wr on the right is in tight coverage and he would throw it to the right. Thats the only bad thing i have to say about Rodgers. Now some bad things i have seen from the rest of the team and that is what is up with Crosby.

The defense starters are very impressive but the backups are getting torched every week so far.

Well it's easier for a QB to throw right because they don't have to throw across their body. He throws left when guys are wide open. But it's more accurate laying it out to the right then to the left.

Well when a guy has a 10 yard cushion i think i would call that wide open lol. Like i said i can't complain about his plain but it just struck me weird that he would force a ball to the right, then throw to a guy with a huge cusion.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be šŸ™‚ (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I "watched" the game on my cell while taking an overnight bus, the first half was exciting and fantastic. However Brohm just cant to seem to get anything rolling. I wonder if they will cut him or just take him off the starters team (down grade to practice team), or do we keep the 3 QB system? Or does anyone think that Brohm is just unlucky in having the 3rd string Oline giving him no protection?

and Finley and Jones awesome game for those 2.

I've said it before; I'll say it again. I want to see what Brohm can do with first-unit protection.

I hope all year stuff like this is the worst you can find to gripe about. I didn't notice it myself but I'm wondering, have you seen this before that you can remember. Other people mentioned ease of throwing to the right as a right handed quarterback or the possibility of wanting to pick on Cromartie. However, I also remember hearing something about Favre way back in the day that he used to only roll to his right so defenses caught on and cheated right. Favre adjusted and started going left too. I wonder if what you noticed is actually a pattern or something that just happened last night.

Oh, and can it just be opening night already, I want the Bears now!

He will have enough time to throw an interception instead of taking a sack or fumbling the football.

Sorry--

I don't think I'm even supposed to be talking about this subject, lol.

He is developing--THAT'S what I am allowed to say... Not SUCKING, I remember now.
