I think this is so good for football.

That MNF game is going to set a record.

We get to rename the Vikings. I was tired of the queens.

I want to CRUSH the Favre -led whateververygoodnameIwillbecomingupwith

This is the stuff that makes a rivalry legendary.

ya know...if he hadn't made the insinuation that by going to the queens, he was "stickin it" to thompson & the packers, it wouldn't sting so much.

i really hope he doesn't end up getting injured - that would be a horrible end to his career.

Some on this forum need to grow up. It was funny the first 15 times, now it just isn't.

Be careful what you say, could be you'll have to eat your words later this season.

Brett is 40, he is not the Brett of 1996, but he is still a top 10 qb, if healthy. Like it or not The Vikings have a solid offense, and a solid defense, they will be tough to beat.

Just a little advice, wait until The Packers beat The Vikings then you can woof all you want!!!!
I was addicted to The Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around!

A top 10 QB, coming off a surgery for a bicep tendon, admitting to a rotator cuff tear, no minicamps, half of training camp, on a new team. Are you serious?

I would put him at about 15th-20th, in this situation, if he's lucky.

So, any of you folks gonna follow Ol' Brett to the Queens?

Fuckin' prima donna...can't even work with his new team in the heat of the summer.

Dude has become a parody.....

I have the feeling Mrs. Dakota just got three jerseys to sell in the next rummage sale. I really don't even want his number up on circle of fame anymore. Brett took a giant piss on the Packers today, and all I want is to see us blitz him to death. It doesn't have to happen in Minnesota, but it must in Lambeau.

Hope his season ends on the turf of Lambeau. Nothing too critical or painful....except to his oversized ego, mind you.

Sorry, his time here is now virtually meaningless as he acts like a spoiled 3 year old wanting candy at the check out aisle.

Oh I say we retire his number. First the Packers tell him they are going to retire his number and have a ceremony planned etc., and then they tell him they changed their mind. Then they fly him up for the ceremony to retire it, and then at the last second they back out of it. Then they tell him one more time that they are going to retire it. Let's see what his reaction is. I mean, the Packers as an organization have a right to change their mind, right? Nothing wrong with that. It's a free world. Yadda yadda...

Martha Careful (6-Jan) : watching the Vikings and Lions it's understandable why they swept the Packers. So much better product
