I have said it before, I believe he will be on the Packer roster come TC.. I think being that his locker is still intact, his name is still listed on the Packer.com roster and the word around central Wisconsin.. I firmly believe a deal is in place... just another way to skirt the roster # limit...

We shall see... yes I put it in the Packer section.. since his still appears upon the official packer roster. ;)

You have to give Mark Tauscher credit. In the offseason, he hasn't talked about his status as a free agent, as it appears his days in Green Bay are winding down.

In an exclusive interview, Tauscher shares his thoughts on what's going, or not going on. Tauscher says his rehab is going well, with the right tackle adding that he should be able to practice in late July with a target of being on the field for the first regular season game in September. He also claims that he doesn't have to sign with someone by the end of June to make sure he has a spot on a roster.

I hope that we resign him. He wasn't even that bad before the knee injury. You could see that our tackles where declining, but it looked like it was hitting in on Clifton harder than on Tauscher to me.

I know you can't win a Super Bowl on character, but he really just deserves to get back in and at least compete for the RT spot. I mean, seriously, who would actually beat him on our roster?

I like the guy but I want to secure our Oline this year - it was quite a mess last year (allowing was it 34 or 38 sacks).

Currently he is not taking a roster spot.

The healthier he gets the more his value will go up.

At the extreme is the PUP list.

I think there is an understanding between Mark and Ted.
