Unable to repeat his All-Pro success from 2021, the Green Bay Packers are releasing linebacker De'Vondre Campbell even while creating a hole in the lineup.

with Campbell gone, and reports speculating that Walker will likely be a Weakside linebacker, this would seem to heighten the need for a Middle Linebacker.

I don't know, but I'm thinking the near end of season dust up that they had, when Campbell took to social media and said he'll no longer play hurt if they want to blame him might of had a lot to do with this.

As for Safety, rumor is the Packers are expected to be a big potential player in the FA Safety market.

One of the top Safeties on the FA market is Giant's Xavier McKinney. Which he's been connected to the Packers through Derrick Ansley.

Ansley was the lead recruiter and defensive backs coach at Alabama during McKinney's time there. The Packers hired Ansley as their new defensive pass game coordinator this offseason, having spent last year as the Los Angeles Chargers' defensive coordinator.
