We need a Kicker that doesn't hesitate during a bad snap. Carlson did this too much. You need to trust the process.
Ideally, you have 1.2 seconds from snap to kick. You can't second guess crap. Follow through dammit.
That being said. We need consistency at long snapper. The current dude ain't cutting it. Whelan saved a lot bad snaps. By a lot, I'm saying I can recall half dozen easy where I went whoa low snap, whoa high snap.
