While that trade as a whole might be unrealistic, I have wondered if they did swing a trade if they'd throw in one of the backups along the line into the trade but figured the Jets would want another T like Walker or Jones.

I threw in Newman and Hanson as we're taking their backup C/G. I actually even considered throwing in Meyers or Runyan and honestly that would probably make it more realistic for Trippmann.
What does a Yosh Nijman for Joe Tippman straight up trade need ? I'm genuinely curious.
This answer takes cojones, imo

Only thing I can think of (straight up wise) would be if the Packers gave up the chance at the Jets 2024 1st rounder and just accepted the 2nd rounder instead,
which is not happening.
Jets already have OT bodies, they need quality healthy starters, and the Packers have consistently benched Nijman.
Plus Nijman is on a oney year deal, he'll be on a veterans contract next year, and not a starter. Meanwhile Trippmann still has four years on his rookie deal and is expected to be a starter next year, if not this year.
