No real science is poo poo.

Mr. Cheesey,
1.  As you are a believer, you should understand that 2 Cor 4:3-4 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.   If they don't see it, help them to see it.
 2.  Real Science is not "poo poo"  from  Romans  1:  For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God...
3.  As an old Sunday school teacher, I can tell you I share your views of right/wrong, male/female, etc.   Nevertheless, I ask you examine your heart and approach this thread and all communications with those who may not believe with love and outreach, not condemnation.  I think you are a kind good hearted person, so let God's love be projected in your communications.
and most important, remember.
Romans 3:23  for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God...including me (and you)

I was debating whether or not to address this thread, but I felt I should.   I enjoy reading diverse opinions, but I would encourage all of us to follow the suggestion of Mr. Cool and take the name calling and vindictiveness' out of the communication.

Be kind to each other.

Martha

Note to all. Stop personal attacks or you WILL be put into a time out. Insulting others does NOT help you to make your point. It only detracts from your position on a subject.
Thank you in advance for being reasonable, responsible adults. You know the kind of people who allow others to have a different opinion than their own.
Remember the words of Alan Shepherd in the movie, "American President".

America isn't easy. America is advanced citizenship. You gotta want it bad, 'cause it's gonna put up a fight. It's gonna say "You want free speech? Let's see you acknowledge a man whose words make your blood boil, who's standing center stage and advocating at the top of his lungs that which you would spend a lifetime opposing at the top of yours.

Martha, I only stayed my beliefs. There was no hatred in my posts . There has only been one person that has spewed hatred in this thread, and it wasn't me. That person has bullied me at every chance .
I state my belief in Gods word.
I don't judge, that's not my job.
There are some people that will hate Bible believers and will spew hate, even though they are the ones that judge and won't allow anyone that believes differently then they do any respect. They don't see the hypocrisy in themselves.
Earthquake, when I see people trying to FORCE their beliefs on me, that's when I take a stand . If they want to mutilate their bodies, that's their free choice.  I never said they aren't free to do so . I stated my beliefs without judgement or hate . You don't seem to be able to do so for me.

There may be someone on here that might appreciate or need to hear views like mine. I know some may hate me for it.  Being a born again Christian can often bring out the hate in some. The Bible says that can happen.
And science, REAL science is something I strongly believe in.
I wish people would read what I write and not put stuff in there to further their desire to attack me.

I enjoyed Mr. Rogers show.

I finally had a chance to see it after we moved and I had friends whose parents had cable. (Not mine) By then I was in high school.

To tell you the truth I wasn't impressed with it. Of course I knew that I was not their target market. That would have been the younger siblings of my friends. The hand puppets and the studio sets seemed to be decades too old. I never understood why he would take his coat and shoes off and put on an old sweater and tennis shoes while singing such a simplistic song. (Even then I fully understood it was aimed at young children.) My thought was that he should be dressed properly when the show begins. I felt a more morning show would attract moer kids.

By the time my kids were watching Mr Rogers I was a little more tolerant. Even so I didn't care if they watched it or not.

As I aged I liked his message more and more.

My grandsons are old enough to watch him and the cartoon show "Daniel Tiger"  and I appreciate the message even more. We will watch 3-4 shows in a row.

My big show to watch when I was a kid was "Captain Kangaroo" with Mr. Greenjeans.
times were simpler then. Children were more like chidren.  Not like kids are today .  We were taught to respect authority (teachers, police, adults in general) and to respect others, even if we didn't agree with them.
When a child shows respect and manners today, I try to find the parent and compliment the child in front of them to let the child know it DOES matter.  And some people do notice!
And it let's the parent know they are doing a good job of raising their child.
