Oh, no no. I haven't done that deep of a dive. Only round one and it might be just coincidence. He just seems to like very athletic guys who are 22 or younger. Albeit, not the hugest of huge sample sizes though.

In the 1st round Gute seems to like high potential as a value position, as QB, CB, Edge rusher and OT are deemed the most valuable positions with S and TE being on the second tier of that. And all of Gute's selections have been in that first tier so far, and Savage whom was the second selection but still in the first round, is still in that second tier.
Then in round two, the Packers since hiring Thompson, have always drafted either a needed position or a position where an important player was going into a contract year (ie Dillon when Jones was going into a contract year), and then Gute has selected a good big of beef in the 2nd round with Jenkins, Myers and Dillon.
In round three, it has seemed to be a lot of tweeners, like Burks, is he a LB or S? Nope sucks at both... TE Sternberger a TE or WR? Nope, sucks at both.. Dugara is a TE/FB tweener and WR Rodgers a WR/RB tweener.
Though part of this is scheme as well, as this offensive scheme is about versatility out of the same look and you need versatile players and whomever runs Packers.com depth chart, kept making there be two TE starters and two WR starters, instead of the standard 3 WR and 1 TE, which has me believe LaFleur prefers more of a two TE system like Kyle Shanahan than a 3 WR system like Sean McVay.
But versatile players can be huge! But so far, Gute's record there is pretty bad, as Burks is basically just a STer and Stermburger was a miss, and a very talented WR got selected one pick after him, whom surely would of been the Packers #2 WR if the Packers had selected him.
