Franchise Davante to maintain his rights, then trade him.

We need the cap space, see what we can get. He doesn't want to be here anyway, perhaps Detroit can afford him.

I disagree here. Adam's success is partially due to working with Rodgers. He will be good on another team but not at the level he has played with Rodgers. Javon Walker, Jordy Nelson and Greg Jennings are all good examples of how Packer's receivers perform on other teams. Adams is not a major upgrade for Detroit, Chicago or Minnesota for the way those offense's are designed. Still would be better to trade with a team in the AFC though.

To trade for a franchise player who is tagged its two firsts right? If so not sure any WR is worth that. Especially one that'll be 30 by seasons end and wants top WR salary.

The only way you can do that is if someone is willing to give up picks and sign him to a pricey extension because they think Adam's will be the difference maker on offense. Without looking up other teams cap situations, I dont think any team really fits.

The only way you can do that is if someone is willing to give up picks and sign him to a pricey extension because they think Adam's will be the difference maker on offense. Without looking up other teams cap situations, I dont think any team really fits.
