He deserves to be in the running for sure, for these last three years for sure, though I think the award usually goes to an executive whose team has bounced ahead unexpectedly...
So I think Cardinals and Patriots (with rookie QB) currently the front runners especially with the #1 seed. People expected Packers to be a division winner.
Similar story with the coach of the year award. They've sorta like either back forward in the expected rankings awards first, and straight up dominated awards second.
Can't say the Packers have bounced up in the rankings award (and can with some others), and can't say they straight up dominant unless they finish with the best record in football (which might happen, but still this is the second factor, not the first).
